FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much do you charge for delivery ?
We charge £7.95 for most rugs to be sent to UK Mainland addresses.
If rugs are very small and lightweight ( e.g. one cotton summer sheet) we shall only charge £5.95 to UK Mainland addresses.
If multiple purchases are made simultaneously provided the total packaged weight does not exceed 25 kilograms £ 7.95 will be the amount paid.
Orders exceeding £100 value (before postage) are despatched Free of Charge.
How long will my order take to arrive ?
We aim to despatch orders within 2 days provided all items ordered are in stock, however at extremely busy times or when we are awaiting part of an order from a wholesaler an order may take up to 14 working days. You will be notified by email when an order will be despatched.
Is my money taken at time of order ?
Provided items are in stock for despatch your money will be taken at time of order. If we are out of stock awaiting goods we shall contact you with the estimated waiting time so you can decide whether to cancel or change your order.
What if an item doesn’t fit or I don’t like it ?
You are under no obligation to keep the Product. Please complete the Goods Return Form and return it with your parcel. We strongly advise you use recorded delivery as proof of postage as we accept no liability for any items lost in the post.
Provided we receive the goods in perfect unworn condition with the original packaging in pristine condition we shall replace or refund you for the item.
However, any package that has been taped shut defacing labels etc. will be refused by our returns department and returned to sender incurring a further delivery cost.
Special Orders – for some products with a personalised size, bespoke rugs or any embroidered item we do not offer a Returns Policy. Special Order items are non returnable. This includes any item made to measure from information sizes as supplied by the customer.

Can I just use mail order by phone ?
Yes, but we advise you order via the website for email confirmation.
