Payment for goods will be taken at time of ordering by credit or debit card.

Refunds.
Items must be returned back to South East Horse Rugs in the same perfect UNWORN condition with all packaging in perfect condition as it was received by you .

Bespoke rugs are nonrefundable unless faulty .

South East Horse Rugs cannot accept any products for return if they have been tried on your horse or pony .

In accordance with legislation under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1972 South East Horse Rugs are unable to handle any horse clothing or  equipment unless it is completely clean and dry , therefore items that have been worn by your horse/pony cannot be returned unless believed to be faulty. You are responsible for all return postage and packaging costs. If, following manufacturers tests it is confirmed that an item is faulty you will be refunded postage costs up to a maximum of £7.95 per rug .


Any rug found to be faulty will be replaced.
